生物型分离机是管式分离机系列中的一种。它是专为生物制品行业设计的一种机型。
该机型针对生物制品粘度大、体积小、不易分离等特点,在原有通用型的基础上加以改进,提高收益率、增加产量。
该机针对生物制品要求低温生产的特点,可以设冷却装置,以满足工艺要求。
在菌体分离工艺中,为保证菌体活性可采用逆止阀及转鼓衬里装置,以防止物料染菌。
 
【工作原理】
分离机由机身、传动系统、转鼓、集液系统、进液系统组成。
转鼓上部与挠性主轴链接,底部是阻尼滑动轴承。
设备工作时转鼓绕自身轴线高速旋转,形成强大的离心力场。物料由底部进液系统的进液喷嘴射入,转鼓内的离心力迫使料液沿转鼓内壁向上流动,且因料液不同组成的密度差而分层。

Characteristics
Biological separator is one of the series of tubular separators.  It is a model specially designed for biological products industry.
According to the characteristics of biological products such as large viscosity, small volume and difficult separation, this model is improved on the basis of the original universal model to increase the yield and increase the output.
According to the characteristics of biological products requiring low temperature production, the machine can be equipped with cooling devices to meet the technological requirements.
In the thallus separation process, a check valve and a drum lining device can be adopted to ensure thallus activity so as to prevent materials from being contaminated with bacteria.
 
 
 
Principle】
The separator consists of a machine body, a transmission system, a rotating drum, a liquid collecting system and a liquid inlet system.
The upper part of the rotating drum is linked with the flexible main shaft, and the bottom part is a damping sliding bearing.
When the equipment works, the rotating drum rotates at high speed around its own axis, forming a strong centrifugal force field.  The material is injected from the liquid inlet nozzle of the bottom liquid inlet system, and the centrifugal force in the rotating drum forces the material liquid to flow upward along the inner wall of the rotating drum and delaminate due to the density difference of different composition of the material liquid.
